WATER SOLUBLE VITAMINS

Water soluble vitamins




The etymological origin of the word water soluble, also gives us a hintof the significance of these vitamins. These vitamins are acquittedthe body through water. These vitamins acquitted through the intestine. They do not accumulate in the body because they arerapidly eliminated in the urine. Among these vitamins can list: "B1","B2", "B6", "B12", "C", and also the niacin and biotin.



Among the water-soluble vitamins can exemplify the fruits that are rich in vitamin "C", such as orange, lemon, cherry, pineapple, kiwi,melon, mango and strawberry. These vitamins strengthen the immune system that defends the body.
