FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMINS

Fat-soluble vitamins:






These vitamins are dissolved in fat, as reveals the etymological origin of the word fat-soluble lipo because the word is translated from the Greek language which originated in the vernacular, such as FAT.These vitamins acquitted by the human body through the fat and is not soluble in water. Four are classified as fat-soluble vitamins: Avitmaina "A", "D", "E" and "K".


Among the fat-soluble vitamins can exemplify the meat, liver, egg yolks, vegetables and leaves. These vitamins help in the formation of healthy bones, blood, vision and combat free radicals.
